Cindy Leonard - Vice Chair
Cindy Leonard grew up in Southern Illinois and moved to California to pursue her passion for wine and sustainable food grown by local farms. Cobb’s natural beauty and affordable housing brought her here in 1998. She enjoys volunteering with the Middletown Unified school gardens, the school band program and local disaster preparedness organizations. Cindy was part of the group that created the Cobb Area Council in 2016 and has served as Alternate, Secretary and currently Vice Chair.
