Darlene Warner

Darlene Warner is a San Francisco Bay Area native who grew up and lived in Napa, until retiring to Cobb in 2022. She is a retired Business Management and Legal Professional with nearly 40 years of experience.

Darlene has a strong history and reputation for having amazing attention to detail, a tireless work ethic, and sound judgement. She is remarkably sensitive to the needs and expectations of the community, and is compassionate towards the deep impact disaster has had on the people here. Darlene is committed to providing quality leadership that is fair, transparent, and balanced. She has an endearingly positive outlook on how to get things done in a collaborative way.  

Darlene has an intimate knowledge of, and practical hands-on lifelong experience with, telecommunications infrastructure from growing up working with her Dad in the field over the decades. Learning to use a two-way radio at the age of 10, the Cobb Alert Net radio group caught her attention – a natural fit for her to begin volunteering her knowledge, skills, and time to the community.

Her Dad being a helicopter pilot, Darlene began learning to fly helicopters at the age of 14. She also has a few firefighters in her family – she carries with her a deep love and respect for our first responders – of course, they are considered family to her.  

Darlene lives in the Hoberg’s area, has one child, and two grandchildren. She is honored to serve the Cobb community.
